01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing done555 — whether through the website at done555.win, the mobile browser version, or the done555 app on Android or iOS — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

05 Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your done555 account at any time, subject to your account being fully verified and any active bonus wagering requirements being met. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, done555 requires standard identity verification. This typically includes a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. Completing this verification early avoids delays when you make your first withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals are paid in PKR only.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period — these are shown at the time of requesting.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• done555 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

06 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
